Just had my annual service and MOT and service excellent as usual. This is my second car from CCS and both bought because my father has used them for some years to purchase his own vehicles and get them MOT'd and serviced. My sister just had hers done too, so they have a bit of a family following! They're always friendly, helpful and efficient and go out of their way to look after us as valued customers. Would definitely recommend them.

I have a small collection of cars, all of which I love, and have entrusted them to CCS for several years now. Glenn is always welcoming and almost as enthusiastic about my classic motors as I am. I can always book a slot that is convenient to me (although they don't MOT on Saturdays, at the time of this post). I trust the mechanics here. I always feel I get honest advice and since I know a fair bit about my own cars, can vouch for it too. Their prices are reasonable and they provide a high quality of work.

Very helpful and reliable business to deal with. Glen and his team have always gone that extra mile whenever I have needed their help to keep my car on the road. Recently I needed the timing chain replaced, this was completed within the time and price quoted and in the meantime was loaned a courtesy car at a last minute request.
This is a garage I have always relied on for my car services, MOT's, repairs, and more so for professional advice.

Booked my car in for it's service. Glenn and team are always friendly, happy to help and explain everything. The car was beautifully clean when I picked it up.

Been here many times for MOT and with friends or family to have services and repairs etc. Always very helpful and no pressure from staff. Good old fashioned family business but with modern equipment and facilities. They will give honest advice and do what they can to keep you on the road.Glenn in reception is a straight guy with many years experience,he will sort things out for you with a smile.

What a marvellous team they are here.
I have been extremely well looked after from the minute I showed interest in part exchanging my car through to the purchase. (no pushy sales routines involved)
The after care provided by Glenn in the servicing department is second to none, his customer service is outstanding, he’s obliging in finding a convenient slot to work around my work hours and the fact that I am not in the area he also provides me with a courtesy car. (He even makes a great cup of tea)!
The workmanship is great and I can’t thank the whole team enough for their friendly yet professional manner.

Recently had my car serviced and MOTd. Rang late in the day but informed it could be done NEXT day, AND a courtesy car was available. Never too much trouble and they are very friendly and go the extra mile. Highly recommended.

The customer service was amazing, I phoned up in the morning and my car was seen by the afternoon! The cost was great and I was very pleased with the whole experience! Would definitely recommend 5/5!

Always done a great job ar reasonable prices. Will try to squeeze you in if you need a last minute appointment.

Five stars service and very helpful staff. I use this garage for MOTs but recently twice they helped me when my car has broken down. They can also do car and aircon service and tyres. I can't recommend them highly enough

I have been using Thatcham MOT and Service Centre for my car MOT and Service for 3 years now and have always received excellent and friendly service. After my MOT and Service in April I had to have new tyres fitted to the back wheels and ever since have had an intermittent knocking coming from the back passenger’s side but only on dual carriageways and motorways. I contacted Glenn and he booked me in for a test drive with Rob and just to prove me wrong my car did not make the sound! They offered to put my car on the ramp and check that nothing was lose underneath and have reassured me that my car is safe and nothing untoward will happen and all done at no charge to me! Many thanks to Glenn, Rob and the team I do appreciate everything you have done.

Very pleased with Thatcham MOT and Service centre, excellent customer service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. After getting exploited by larger chain garages, decided to go to Thatcham MOT and was not disappointed. Does what is in the customers best interest, always top class work and excellent value for money.

I've been bringing my car hare for the last couple of years and have found them to be honest, friendly, efficient and well priced. They've looked after my car very well and are a pleasure to deal with, no need to try anyone else.

I recently went into the Thatcham MOT & Service Centre for my first MOT, and the service I received was second to none. They managed to fit me in an appointment very quickly which was great, the staff we're very friendly, extremely helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend going there for anyone due a MOT or Service or any other car related enquiries :)
